Execution

The European Union (EU) Delegation to Zimbabwe hosted the United Nations Women He for She Dialogue on Sexual Harassment and Sexual Exploitation in the World of Work. The live event was filmed by Brave studios at the invitation of the EU Delegation and was attended by a wide range of Zimbabwean government representatives, diplomats, business leaders, artists, CSOs, corporate executives, civil society organizations, and media outlets. The dialogue focused on identifying and addressing the challenges faced by women and girls in the workplace, especially sexual harassment and exploitation. During the dialogue, experts shared their best practices and strategies for combatting such problems, while participants discussed the need for better legislation, enforcement, and public awareness campaigns.
